Easy Returns
We accept returns within 48 Hours of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at Instagram Direct Message (@fragranz.eg) with your order number.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product after we run a check by our quality control team.
NOTE: Returns are not allowed for With Box Perfumes if you open it.

We do not accept returns on used or unsealed perfumes for hygiene reasons.
